Create a Set of Scripts to Say "No" Digitally
Saying “no” nicely is effective, but it’s more fun to do it digitally. Just run these commands from Terminal or save them as a .sh file.
Invest in a startup
say "Unfortunately it's not an opportunity that I feel I could add a lot of value to, so I'm going to pass."
Schedule a call
say -v "Cellos" "Appreciate the opportunity but unfortunately I'm already committed, can we start with email? How can I help?"
Take a meeting
say -v "Trinoids" "Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, scheduling a meeting is tough, lets start with an email. How can I help?"
You can even speak it in different languages–if you install a different voice.
